Haian Haitai Foundry Co.,Ltd. is established in Huangqiao town in 2003.At the beginning,Haitai only can produce small castings from dozens to hundreds kilograms of low carbon or alloy steel castings.After several years’ development,Haitai won a very important customer:Jiangsu Pengfei Group which is the manufacturer for cement mill,ball mill and vertical mill production line.

In 2007,Haitai moved his factory from Huangqiao town to Sunzhuang town and built two new workshops.Equipped with a new 8 tons electric arc furnace(with melting weight 28 tons) and two 50 tons medium frequency furnace,we can produce large low carbon and alloy steel castings with maximum net weight 45 tons.

In 2011,we invested USD 20 million and built one big new workshop for large steel castings to meet the market demands.We focus our target on large steel castings and get many big orders from Jiangsu Pengfei Group,such as Ф7800mm kiln tyre, Ф800-2800mm support roller and Ф7600mm half girth gear for Ф5.0x74m and Ф5.0x70m rotary kiln,Ф4.2x13m ball mill and Ф4.6x13m ball mill.In the same year,we establish foreign trade department and try to get orders from foreign market directly.Steel castings is used in different industry,we also start to get orders from Shanghai Shenkai Group which is famous for blowout preventer.And with UT level 2 and 75K requirement,we have more strict control for quality.We now have two new 120 tons refining furnace.

From 2008-2012,we successfully get approval from CCS,DNV.GL,ABS,KR,NK,LR,BV and Rina.In 2011,we won an order of large steel castings for shipbuilding from PT PAL Indonesia with NK certificate of two 17500DWT oil tankers.In the same year,we won an order for twelve fishery patrol vessels with ZY certificate.It is a beginning we start to open the market in shipbuilding industry and we get more and more order from many Chinese shipyards,such as Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd,Jiangnan Shipyard Group Co.,Ltd, Yangfan Group Co.,Ltd and so on and foreign shipyards,such as Brodosplit-holding D.O.O and 3.Maj shipyard in Croatia.Now most of Chinese famous shipyards buy large marine castings from us and we maximum produced a stern post castings for 20000TEU container vessel.

In 2014,we build a new workshop for machining(rough machining).When the customers ask for finished machining for large steel castings,we will get help from our sister companies.And Haian is strong for machining because of the base for cement mill and other production line.

From 2011 on,we supply GS42CrMo4 steel casting gear wheels by quenched for Machine- & Lierenfabriek C. Kraaijeveld b.v.,a Holland company which produces marine winch.

In 2015,we buy a new 120 Tons VD furnace,it can help us to win some special orders with high quality requirement for large steel castings.

In 2017,a new 6m vertical lathe, one set 5x16m CNC planer type milling machine and one set 2.5x6m CNC palner type milling machine were installed for machining workshop.

Now our annual production ability is 50000 metric tons net weight for large steel castings.Our products include large steel castings with low carbon or alloy steel for cement mill:half gear,support roller,bearing housing,rocker arm,helical gear,worm gear,bevel gear,annular gear and kiln tyre,for rolling mill:mill housing,for bridge:pulley wheel,for shipbuilding:fore/after boss casting,upper/lower rudder carrier,upper/lower rudder blade,bell mouth,rudder horn,stern tube,hawse pipe and so on,for forging press:frame,beam and so on,for punch&die tooling:matrix bottom,matrix tee,punch bottom,ring and so on,for power generation:outer cylinder,exhaust casting,stop valve,valve body and so on,for steel mill:slag pot&ladle.

The company is equipped with advanced test equipment which mainly includes:direct-reading spectrometer imported from German,ultrasonic defect detector,magnetic flaw detector,universal tensile testing machine,impact tester.Every of our castings has its own UT,MT,dimension,chemical composition and mechanical property test report before it is sent to the customers.
