116 tons stern boss for 20000TEU container vessel

In 5th of September,2016,Haian Haitai Foundry Co.,Ltd. sucessfully sent the 116 tons stern boss to a shipyard in Shanghai

We got orders for three 20000 TEU container vessels with DNV.GL and CCS certificate.

The stern boss castings had gotten approval from DNV.GL and CCS.

It is the biggest stern boss we ever produced.

Haitai had to enhance the weight range to produce such a big stern boss.

Before production,we invited an experts from Shanghai to help us to prepare the production technology.

During process,we arrange experienced workers to do the sand mold and use two 120 tons refining furnace to do the pouring together.
