On 2nd of January,2017,the bed frame for heavy-duty forging machine was sent to Shanghai Port.
The material is modified ASTM8620.
For the test block,the first test result shows it can narrowly meet the demand.
And then we enhance the elment of Mo from 0.25 to 0.30.
For the second test,the mechanical property is much better than customer wants.
We spend 10 days for sand mold making and use the 120 tons refining furnace to guarantee the pure of the melting steel.
On 10th of December,2016,the customers visited us and inpected the bed frame.
